 When Katie isn’t glued to the phone assisting patients with their balance or researching claims, you can find her on the computer inputting claim data and posting payments. And she has put up with Poppy for over 20 years. She’s a saint—always be nice to Katie.

 Elizabeth has been coding and auditing anesthesia and pain management cases for MRS since 2013. Moonlights as a critical care nurse in her free time. Currently enrolled in a CRNA program at TCU. If she sticks around, one day she will input her own claims.

 Adrian inputs your claim data with his trusty poohahuaha mocha at his feet. His keen attention to detail catches every missing piece of data. When he’s not silently judging your handwriting, Adrian is a writer and aspiring author.

Martin would rather be on the beach than coding your charts, but it pays for his travel habit. This former law enforcement officer keeps you out of insurance jail with meticulously accurate coding and compliance edits.

 Wendy is the glue that keeps the organization flowing. If she’s not coding or entering claim data, she’s making sure the thousands of billing and payment documents are organized and assigned to the team. She is guaranteed to bless your day if you hear from this ray of sunshine.
